from, the competition please inform the Captain by email, at wlss.captain@gmail.com or phone /
answer machine message on 01993 771959 by 1800 on the evening
before the competition.
As a courtesy to other players, if you wish to withdraw on the day
please contact Witney Lakes reception desk before 08.00 am. and ask for a
message to be passed on to the Sports Bar. It is understood that in exceptional
circumstances this may not be possible.
