However I thought would change it from a stableford to Eric’s Game

Gross score on holes 1-9

Stableford points holes 10-18

Deduct stableford points from holes 10-18, from the gross score holes 1-9

Lowest score wins

1^st tee is now 7.58, and intervals of 8 minutes, players to be ready to play a minimum of 5 minutes before their tee time in order to tee off asap
