The performance of the day was by Cliff Smith, playing with John Alexander he parred the last 5 holes to take them from 3 down to winning 1 Up, fantastic!!

I found the conditions on Thursday very difficult especially the humidity.

Some people found it easy, in particular the winning team of Chris Hatherly, Bill Ford and Brian Floyd with a score of 57.8

2^nd were Mike Smith, Cliff Smith and Alan Jones with a score of 59 and in third place were Mike Twyman, Alan Lake and Bill Howard just behind with 59.5

A bit of rain is forecast between 7 to 8 am but is then fine

On Thursday it will be sunny with a gentle breeze and a high of 25 degrees Celsius

This coming week there is a match against Bicester on Tuesday, and a roll up at home
